THE MISSION

• Own and run a high-volume used car operation


• Source aggressive inventory (auction, trade, direct buy)


• Price to market, manage to turn, protect gross


• Control recon, aging, days’ supply, and mix


• Build and lead a team that executes at a high level every day


• Partner with Sales, Service, and F&I to move metal fast


• Drive results. Period.
