This full‑time position offers a first‑year success bonus of $10,000. Responsibilities Lead and collaborate in developing and delivering patient care plans. Manage and supervise patient care, ensuring timely charting and care quality. Use tablets, smartphones, and EMR software to document patient care. Travel approximately 20% of the day to patient locations. Qualifications RN license in the state where you work. Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.
