Sales Manager
A leading company in the food industry is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive the sales process. The ideal candidate will bring industry expertise and a data-driven mindset to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and lead the team toward achieving ambitious growth goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet company objectives
- Leading, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve performance targets
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for growth
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships within the food industry
- Collaborating with leadership on pricing, marketing, and business development strategies

Salary: $100k - $175k/Year + Bonuses
