Medical Director Needed One Hour from San Francisco!

We are looking for a dedicated Physician / Medical Director to join our team in Costa County, California. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and lead by example in an Occupational Medicine / Urgent Care setting. Oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure best‐in‑class care delivery. Collaborate with the Director Team to drive clinical improvements and ensure workflow compliance. Maintain relationships with clients and payers, responding promptly to requests. Manage staffing levels and optimize center operations. Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine. Active medical and DEA licenses. Two years of relevant clinical and supervisory experience preferred.
