Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Conducting detailed evaluations of patients' physical capabilities by utilizing diagnostic techniques such as muscle, nerve, and joint assessments.
• Administering therapeutic exercises and modalities, including manual therapy, traction, and electrical stimulation, as prescribed.
• Providing instruction and motivation to clients during therapeutic sessions, ensuring adherence to care protocols.
• Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants in the delivery of care while ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, all aligned with industry standards and our internal policies.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively develop and adjust care plans based on patient progress and feedback from team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist position must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient or home care.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida, holding current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to conduct assessments and implement effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

Saber Rehabilitation offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
