Front of House Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a culture of genuine hospitality for all team members and guests. Ensure the dining room is always clean and well‑stocked, and ensure that team members have all the tools they need for a successful shift. Maintain effective and timely communication with the kitchen operations team during service periods. Support all service staff and actively participate in service. Ensure that every meal and moment exceeds expectations throughout the entire dining experience. Comply with HR practices and policies, hold employees accountable for all standards and procedures. Maintain compliance with DOL/Health Department regulations and uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our employees and guests. Provides feedback and guidance focusing on support and hospitality, ensuring that all team members have the tools to succeed.

You can identify a problem and determine the solution. You exemplify the highest standards of honesty and integrity. You are highly confident in your abilities and are detail‑oriented. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills. You genuinely get joy out of making people happy and are able to have fun while working. You have a love and passion for the hospitality industry. You have 2‑3 years of restaurant management experience (preferably in high volume restaurants).

The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on several factors, including but not limited to prior employment history/job‑related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc.
