Job Title: Housekeeping Manager – The Willard InterContinental Washington, DC The Housekeeping Manager ensures every room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role manages all aspects of housekeeping and laundry operations, coaching a team, maintaining supplies, and supporting green initiatives. Responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards. Maintain and order supplies and equipment, minimizing waste and supporting green initiatives. Address special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors, and VIP Club members. Assist with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assist the team during busy periods. Educate all team members on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards. Qualifications Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills. Business acumen and familiarity with industry tools. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in hospitality or a related field. 3+ years total experience in a hotel housekeeping setting or related field. Direct supervisory experience over a housekeeping team. Must speak local language(s). Additional qualifications may be required per brand standard. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 (Washington, DC).
