They serve the insurance, healthcare, banking, capital markets, utilities, retail and e-commerce, travel, transportation and logistics industries.RoleWe are seeking a Lead Insurance Analyst who will play a key customer-facing role for an Insurance customer. Candidate should have extensive consulting experience in the Insurance industry. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week from the office in Boston, MA.Roses & Responsibilities OverviewExpected to work in close collaboration with the Client team and the internal team on establishing relationships with stakeholders, identifying new opportunities in areas of growthProvide Project, Client & Team Management and Monitor the progress of deliverables on a daily basis and ensure timely resolution of any issuesFacilitate seamless flow of communication from top to bottom and the other way around for seamless execution of projectsManage cross-functional team of resourcesActively seeks ways of improving current methods, systems, processes and structuresEnsure Industry best practices are followed, Communicate and follow up with the delivery teamBrainstorming on pain areas/Identifying reasons for issues/Issue Resolution, diagnosis of inefficiencies in the current process, and figuring out ways to resolve itProvide technical direction to project team members across data modeling, data manipulation, visualization, predictive modeling, Reporting, and Automation projects across the Insurance Value ChainDevelop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients across Insurance functionsManage the program governance frameworkStrategically align the business vision and objectives to the projects initiated in different teamsBuild a thorough understanding of the client's brand, businesses, customers, and competitive landscape and provide strategic guidance in building requisite project management initiativesFacilitate client working sessions and lead recurring project status meetingsManage day-to-day project operations, and serve as the functional and domain expert on the project team to ensure that they meet client expectationsCandidate Profile:Bachelors/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply9-11 years of Core Analytics experience with prior Consulting/Implementation Experience preferably with Insurance Clients (P&C)Extensive experience in Pricing /Product Analytics (Pricing model development, maintenance, modernization)Experience in working in dual shore engagement and must have experience in managing clients directlyCompetitor analysis, and Adhoc data analysis to solve business problemsComplete understanding and demonstrated experience in Python, R/SAS, SQL, Visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau, and various modeling techniquesManagerial experience in leading analytics teams including career management of offshore staff, training, recruitingDemonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take initiativeStrong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to workOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAble to work in fast fast-paced continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challengesCan understand cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globeOr refer someone
