Entry-Level Client Services Navigator (Energy Assistance)

Stepforward in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Associate to assist residents applying for HEAP, PIPP Plus, and Fuel Fund programs. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. You will greet customers, screen applications, gather documentation, and help navigate agency resources while ensuring compliance with regulations.
