Guest Services Specialist

Overview The Guest Services Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and assisting guests or customers with inquiries, directions, and needs. This role acts as a liaison between the company and its visitors, promoting a positive experience through proactive engagement and support. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, visitors, or guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about products, services, or the facility. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards on the floor. Guide customers to the appropriate departments or staff. Monitor guest flow and address issues such as long lines or crowding. Handle minor customer concerns or complaints and escalate as necessary. Support promotional activities or events as needed. Provide feedback to management about customer experiences and floor conditions. Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs efficiently. Stay informed about company policies, promotions, and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
