Job Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Mon–Fri 
Pay Rate: $30–$32/hr.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive  Production Administrator to support operations at a Pasadena manufacturing plant. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work closely with production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating the plant floor, gathering information, and ensuring smooth administrative coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide higher level administrative support to plant operations
• Maintain accurate records, reports, logs, and documentation
• Utilize Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Coordinate communication between production, engineering, and leadership
• Retrieve information, materials, and product details directly from the plant floor
• Support daily operational workflows and process improvements
• Assist with scheduling, document control, and internal requests
• Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and cross-departmental needs
• Maintain organized files, digital records, and operational documentation
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience
• Strong computer skills;  Excel required
• Business computer skills with  PTECH are a plus (not required)
• Experience in  refining or manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a plant environment and interacting with production/engineering teams
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
