Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will manage and expand our client base, develop strong relationships with existing customers, and drive sales growth. 

Responsibilities

Professionally represent Western Steel Buildings and effectively deliver our value proposition to potential customers.

• Convert quote requests to orders from one-time or direct-to-end-user customers 
• Qualify incoming phone calls and leads , routing them to the appropriate district sales manager
• Conduct outbound prospecting and lead-generation activities.

Education and Experience 

• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field
• Background in the construction industry preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferred knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards is highly desirable but not required

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to qualify incoming sales calls
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation:

This role has a Base Salary + Commission compensation package. OTE is $180k+, and the Commission is uncapped.
