As a Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement MDS , you will play a vital role in leading our clinical reimbursement efforts and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care.
About the Role:
As a Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement MDS, you will be responsible for leading a team of clinical reimbursement professionals in developing and implementing effective clinical reimbursement strategies. This will involve analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing clinical pathways and protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate with other departments, including clinical and operations, to ensure that our clinical reimbursement efforts align with our overall organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of clinical reimbursement professionals in developing and implementing effective clinical reimbursement strategies
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in clinical reimbursement
• Develop and implement clinical pathways and protocols to optimize clinical outcomes and reimbursement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical reimbursement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to clinical staff
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in clinical reimbursement
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners
• Participate in management meetings and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
