Construction Supervisor (Direct Hire)

Upstate New York | Travel Throughout NYS Required
$85,000–$90,000 + Performance Bonus + Company Vehicle

Cedar Park Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead field operations on utility-scale solar and renewable energy projects across New York State.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily construction activities on active job sites
• Lead field crews and coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries
• Monitor project schedules and resolve field issues to keep projects on track
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• Ensure work meets quality standards, specifications, and project requirements
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and office staff
• Complete daily reports, progress updates, project documentation, and site photos
• Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role (Supervisor, Foreman, Superintendent, or Lead)
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, equipment, and site logistics
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel throughout New York State
• Comfortable working outdoors in active construction environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Utility-scale solar or renewable energy construction experience
• Civil, electrical, utility, or heavy construction background
• Experience managing subcontractors
• OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Prevailing wage or public works experience
• Experience with construction reporting and project documentation
