Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health concerns, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Understanding the specific challenges and backgrounds of these populations is crucial for developing appropriate treatment plans. Culturally responsive care is essential, and the counselor will be expected to tailor their approaches to resonate with the specific demographics and needs of their client base.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Certification as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, with a current, valid license to practice in Texas.

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
