Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct in-depth psychological assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans based on individual needs and therapeutic goals. \n Provide one-on-one therapy sessions employing various modalities tailored to the client’s situation, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. \n Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to improve outcomes. \n Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients unable to attend in-person appointments. \n Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to comply with ethical standards and clinic policies. \n Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a therapist at A Better You Psychological and Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients vary widely in age, background, and life experiences, providing you with the chance to impact individuals and families positively and significantly. Qualifications\n \n Must possess a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD. \n A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. \n Demonstrated strength in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. \n Must exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients. \n Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseload effectively. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in providing therapy to a wide range of mental health conditions. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems. \n Proficient in developing treatment plans that are adaptable to evolving client needs. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, dependent on your experience and caseload.
