Project Manager - Multi-family

For more than 30 years, we have been building exceptional communities and delivering high quality construction projects throughout California and across growing markets nationwide. As we continue expanding our presence, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multi family developments in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and execution of ground up multi family construction projects. The first project is a 67 Story High-rise with 920 Units downtown San Francisco.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all phases of construction from planning and procurement through project completion.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Leading subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout activities.
• Coordinating with ownership, design teams, consultants, and field operations personnel.
• Managing project financials, including cost controls, change orders, billings, and monthly reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks while driving solutions to maintain schedule and budget goals.
• Leading project meetings and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Mentoring Project Engineers and supporting the development of project teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience managing ground up multi family construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Multi-family High-rise experience
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software.
