Workforce Manager

Responsibilities Serve as liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and/or staff meetings. Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors. Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce. Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary. Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution. Perform various customer‑service related activities. Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $54,000 - $62,000 per year, plus a performance‑based annual bonus potential of $2,000 .
