You'll lead analytical development and routine testing, ensuring scientific excellence in a collaborative setting dedicated to transforming healthcare solutions.Pay $72.62/hourWhat You Will Do:Develop and optimize analytical methods for complex moleculesPerform routine laboratory testing utilizing separation and biochemical techniquesAnalyze data, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate electronic recordsMaintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments, ensuring peak performanceContribute to a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environmentReview scientific data critically and support innovative project initiativesRequired Skills:Ph.D. with 2+ years in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields; orM.S. with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience; orB.S. with at least 7 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experienceHands-on expertise in HPLC/UPLC (including SEC, HIC, IEX, RP), CE, cIEF, and Simple WesternStrong computer literacy, scientific, and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills—written and verbalAbility to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlinesAttention to detail and a positive, adaptable attitudeNice to Have Skills:Experience with MALS, RI, UV, CAD detectionSkills in DLS, Zeta Potential measurementsExperience in small-molecule and biologic analysis (e.g., proteins, mRNA)Proficiency with Empower, 32 Carat, and other lab softwareExpertise in electrophoresis, light scattering, UV FLD detectors, and separation methodsJohnson Service Group, Inc.
