Small manufacturing company in North Fort Lauderdale seeks a proactive Office Manager to keep operations running smoothly. Reporting directly to the President/Owner, this multifaceted role involves inside sales, marketing, estimating, project management, purchasing, accounting, and reporting duties. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and be eager to grow alongside the company, engaging daily with customers and supporting various projects across departments.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and manage daily customer communication
• Generate customer demand and create/follow up on proposals
• Order materials and services, coordinating with the factory
• Create invoices and handle collections
• Provide customer support by resolving inquiries and complaints
• Assist with project management for administrative, sales, marketing, and manufacturing process projects
• Support inside sales and marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a friendly, positive attitude
• Experience in small manufacturing or service business environments
• Familiar with QuickBooks, Word, Excel, and willing to learn additional software
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in small manufacturing or service businesses
• High School Diploma or equivalent
