We are seeking skilled and reliable Assemblers to put together a variety of manufacturing materials. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values safety, and wants to grow their skills through cross-training on multiple stations .

Pay: $18-$20

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Immediate need for experience with:

• Assembly
• Machine Operation
• Part Inspection

Key Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, tooling) for production runs
• Operate and adjust machine settings (speed, feed, etc.)
• Load raw materials and monitor machine performance
• Inspect finished parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues during operation
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Machines You May Operate

• Injection Mold Machin
• Press
• Manual Lathe
• Polisher

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with high-speed or precision machinery preferred
• Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained on multiple machines
• High school diploma or GED required (technical training a plus)
