Sales and Revenue Manager

Position Overview The Sales and Revenue Manager is responsible for owning and optimizing the company's sales funnel, with a primary focus on lead management, lead conversion, booking performance, and same-store revenue growth. This role is a hands‑on operator and systems builder (manager) responsible for developing the processes, tools, and accountability needed to drive conversion and cross-selling across all patient touchpoints, working cross‑functionally with Marketing and Operations to increase KPI's and same-store revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Manage the sales funnel from inbound lead to booked appointment to patient retention Identify conversion gaps and revenue leakage across the funnel and implement solutions Partner with Marketing to align lead generation with conversion strategy Partner with Operations to ensure a fully operational sales strategy and seamless in‑office patient experience Lead Management & CRM Execution Manage daily performance of the CRM including inbox management, follow‑up cadence, and pipeline flow Optimize lead routing, tagging, and tracking to ensure no lead is lost or delayed Improve speed‑to‑lead and contact rates across all channels Oversee optimization of AI SMS agent and automated communication workflows Conversion Process & SOP Enhancement Lead the training and standardization sales process across: Call center Aesthetic consultants Front desk conversion touchpoints Optimize scripts, objection handling frameworks, and booking strategies Ensure consistent execution of best practices across all locations in coordination with Location Managers Performance Management & KPI Accountability Track, analyze and report KPI's for internal review Build and implement actionable solutions that drive accountability through weekly performance tracking and coaching Sales Team Development and Leadership Train and coach team members on conversion best practices Implement ongoing training, scripting, and quality assurance programs to continuously improve conversion Continuously refine scripts, objection handling, and booking strategies Qualifications 5–10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in multi‑location or service‑based businesses (aesthetics, healthcare, hospitality, or similar) Proven track record of driving revenue growth through systems and process Deep experience with CRM/lead management platforms (GoHighLevel or similar) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action Experience building SOPs and scalable sales infrastructure Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills It is the policy of SDBotox to comply with all federal and state laws concerning the employment of persons with disabilities and to act in accordance with regulations and guidance issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
