Logistics Management Specialist

You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC), Marine Corps District (MCD) Headquarters of 4TH MARINE CORPS. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following duties: Overseeing facilities operations and non-tactical vehicle program utilizing demonstrated knowledge of logistics management principles; Managing and analyzing data in facility systems such as Real Facility Management Information System or equivalent property/facility management systems; Preparing reports, conducting data analysis, and coordinating communications utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to complete daily documentation, presentations, and decision support tasks; Leading teams, mentoring personnel, and fostering professional development within logistics operations; Ensuring mission readiness and organizational growth utilizing demonstrated leadership qualities such as decision making, conflict resolution, and effective communication; Building relationships and establishing rapport with external agencies, stakeholders, and partner organizations to enhance coordination and resource integration.
