Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Riverway Clinic Anoka (0.74 FTE, Extended Hours)

HealthPartners Riverway Anoka Clinic is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team. The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience preferred. We hope you'll join us. Work Schedule Extended Care Model: The schedule is 5 days on and 9 days off model. There is some flexibility with the schedule. Biweekly Schedule: Week 1: Monday: OFF, Tuesday: OFF, Wednesday: OFF, Thursday: 9:00am – 8:00pm, Friday: 9:00am – 8:00pm, Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Sunday: 8:00am – 5:00pm. Week 2: Monday: 9:00am – 8:00pm, Tuesday: OFF, Wednesday: OFF, Thursday: OFF, Friday: OFF, Saturday: OFF, Sunday: OFF.
