Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting weekly evidence-based care through live video sessions, using appropriate therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual adult client.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies and seamless patient care.

• Utilizing technology to administer symptom self-assessments and track functional improvement and goal progress, thereby allowing for real-time adjustments to treatment plans.

• Providing a safe and nurturing space for clients, encouraging them to discuss their challenges and work towards overcoming them through guided exploration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adult clients, including those from higher-risk populations experiencing a variety of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and other complex behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
