This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while being an integral part of our Detox Center team. Our unique setup supports a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you, with flexibility to work between 10 to 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, ensuring the gathering of essential information for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Implementing effective clinical social work interventions based on assessment findings and client needs, utilizing evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Regularly engaging in collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary team members regarding patient assessments and treatment plans during patient rounds and team meetings.

• Documenting patient interactions and care plans accurately and timely, maintaining compliance with departmental documentation standards.

• Providing case management services for assigned patients, coordinating care with hospital and community resources to optimize clinical outcomes.

Qualifications\n
