Reporting to the Director, AMER Field Marketing and working in close partnership with two Field Marketing Managers, you will support the execution of marketing programs across two high-growth industry verticals.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of marketing activities across both segments, including webinars, workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events, and 3rd party sponsorshipsAssist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials, pre- and post-event, as well as our regular sales comms cadencesStreamlining procurement management and budget trackingDocument program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatableQualifications2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software companyExperienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and MacExceptional customer service to essential business partnersAsana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo experience a plusTravel required for events (when appropriate)Benefits Summary: Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
