Pay rate: $75.00/hour to $78.00/hour on W2

Position Summary

\n

Join Client’s Growth Markets team and help bring the Client brand and client experience to life across key local markets. This role will lead field marketing strategies that strengthen Client’s presence within priority markets, build meaningful relationships with clients and local business communities, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who can translate business priorities into impactful local market programs, events, sponsorships, executive engagements, and client experiences. This individual will work closely with market and business leaders to identify opportunities, develop activation strategies, and execute programs that increase visibility and engagement within the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with local market priorities, business objectives, and growth opportunities.
\n
• Lead the planning and execution of local events, client experiences, executive engagements, sponsorships, conferences, and community activations.
\n
• Partner closely with local business and market leaders to understand priorities and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
\n
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and executive-level leaders.
\n
• Identify opportunities to strengthen Client’s visibility and presence within local business communities.
\n
• Develop relationships with local business organizations, chambers, industry associations, community partners, and event organizations to support market engagement.
\n
• Manage field marketing initiatives from concept through execution, including planning, stakeholder coordination, logistics, communications, and follow-up.
\n
• Coordinate with internal marketing, communications, creative, digital, and business teams to support field marketing programs.
\n
• Ensure local initiatives align with broader Client brand and marketing strategies while remaining relevant to the needs of individual markets.
\n
• Monitor program effectiveness and use engagement insights and stakeholder feedback to continually improve local market activities.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
\n
• 7+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, event marketing, experiential marketing, or integrated marketing.
\n
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing local or regional market activation strategies.
\n
• Strong experience planning and managing events, sponsorships, executive programs, client experiences, and in-person activations.
\n
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and navigate multiple stakeholder groups.
\n
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
\n
• Experience collaborating with business leaders, marketing teams, outside organizations, vendors, and community partners.
\n
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
\n
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, from developing the market strategy to executing programs on the ground.
