Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations that include reviewing medical histories, performing comprehensive physical assessments, and establishing treatment goals based on clinical findings.
• Develop and articulate individualized treatment plans, effectively communicating findings to patients and their families to foster understanding and involvement in the rehabilitation process.
• Implement and demonstrate treatment protocols tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and adapting treatments as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Maintain regular communication with a multidisciplinary team, discussing patient progress and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans, emphasizing collaborative healthcare approaches.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment details, and charge codes accurately and promptly within the electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with health care regulations.
• Oversee discharge planning to optimize patient transitions out of therapy, including follow-up recommendations and community resources as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist at Tashiro Therapeutic Care, you will work primarily with a diverse client population that includes post-surgical patients, individuals with chronic pain conditions, athletes undergoing rehabilitation, and the elderly needing assistance with mobility and function. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.
• State licensure or certification as required by Virginia State laws.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
