Work Environment

The position offers a structured 40-hour work week, typically scheduled weekdays with some weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with a variety of functional limitations and disabilities to determine their needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient function and mobility, taking care to incorporate patient and family input into the planning process.
• Deliver exceptional patient care through hands-on therapy sessions, utilizing equipment and modalities as appropriate.
• Document all interventions in compliance with regulatory standards, updating treatment and discharge plans based on patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the facility, including physicians and rehabilitation staff, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote health awareness and education as part of our commitment to community wellness.
• Participate in continuous education and training to improve professional skills and knowledge.
• Supervise support staff, including physical therapy aides and students, to enhance team learning and patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in rehabilitation or outpatient therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:
