Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing behavioral health practice providing psychiatric services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) throughout Broward County. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations Diagnose and treat psychiatric and behavioral health conditions Develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications Provide routine follow-up care Collaborate with primary care providers, nursing staff, therapists, and families Complete documentation in a timely manner Participate in interdisciplinary care planning Maintain compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and applicable regulations Minimum Qualifications Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Active DEA Registration Minimum one year of PMHNP experience Reliable transportation for travel between facilities Strong communication and clinical documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following: Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) Long-Term Care (LTC) Geriatric Psychiatry Memory Care Behavioral Health Post-Acute Care Current credentialing with any of the following is highly preferred: Humana Aetna Cigna Why Join Us?
