All that you need is:
- 7 - 10 years of experience in the auto industry as a service manager
- 7+ years of managing experience, has to be in the car business
- Commitment and ability to reach goals and meet quota
- Ability to supervise work quality, give orders to employees, follow up, and multitask

You are the final authority when supervising work quality, ensuring all repairs adhere to the highest industry standards. You maintain operational excellence by decisively giving orders to employees, effectively steering the team toward key productivity metrics. Furthermore, you skillfully multitask/follow up on every job, maintaining accountability, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery from bay to customer hand-off.
