Sales Associate

Summary Full time Sales Associate responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards at the store location. The role supports special events and ensures a high level of client experience and brand representation. Responsibilities Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets Establish and manage relationships with clients consistent with brand standards Provide the highest standards of client service at all times Maintain selling floor, merchandise, and store presentation standards Participate in special events and projects such as sample sales and physical inventory Adhere to store and company procedures and operational standards Assist with inventory tasks and reporting accuracy Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment dealing with high end goods and clientele High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Retail Pro or inventory program experience preferred Ability to perform some heavy lifting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong interpersonal and communication skills Outgoing, energetic, professional, and able to represent the brand lifestyle Availability for variable scheduling including weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
