Place drink orders, garnish beverages, and serve cocktails, beer, wine, nonalcoholic selections, specialty coffees, and Smartender beverages with appropriate garnishes* Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, nonalcoholic offerings, and hotel services, features, local attractions, and activities* Respond to guest inquiries with accuracy and resolve guest complaints within scope of authority or escalate when necessary.* Open bottles and pour beverages directly from the bottle, including beer, wine, champagne, juices.* Prepare beverages using Tabasco, Grenadine, Lime Juice, Sweet and Sour Mix, Bitters, Worcestershire, Salt and Pepper, Celery Salt, and similar ingredients. Pour Red Bull and Ginger Beer accurately and consistently* Operate Smartender machines to prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
