Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead audits, monitor compliance, and drive improvement across the hospice network. The role acts as a SME and HCHB super-user, partnering with leadership to support the Quality Assurance Improvement Plan and report outcomes to Compliance. The ideal candidate holds an RN license, an associate degree (Bachelor preferred), at least 2 years in hospice/home health, and experience with EMR back-office workflows.
