La Jolla Apartments is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and enjoys helping people find their next home. This position plays a key role in leasing apartments, assisting current residents, and providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Process rental applications and verify applicant information.
- Prepare lease agreements and renewal documents.
- Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records.
- Follow up with prospective residents to convert leads into leases.
- Assist current residents with questions, payments, and lease-related concerns.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding resident requests and apartment readiness.
- Help market available apartments through social media and other advertising platforms.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office environment.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Previous leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning property management software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
