The New School is seeking an Admissions Call Center Representative to field inquiries from prospective students, parents, and counselors. You will serve as a liaison between staff and applicants, delivering outstanding customer service and guiding callers through admissions steps. This hybrid/remote role requires at least one year of office experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
