Nous produisons sur le site des produits injectables stériles innovants pour répondre aux enjeux de santé du 21ème siècle comme le diabète. Lilly accueille, pour la rentrée 2026, un contrat en alternance 12 mois : «Ingénieur(e) Excellence Opérationnelle F/H». Rattaché à l’équipe Production Conditionnement / Devices, vos principales missions seront: Apporter un soutien aux méthodes d’amélioration continue Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance et de gestion des lignes de production Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des outils de monitoring en collaboration avec les pilotes et les Chargés d’Excellence Opérationnelle Optimiser les processus de production (enchaînements de lots, gestion inter-lots, planification de la production, etc.) Participer à la mise en place de plans d’actions correctives et préventives Profil recherché / Connaissances requises: Issu.e d’une formation spécialisée en production industrielle, amélioration continue, qualité ou fabrication (niveau BAC+4/5), vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience dans le secteur industriel. Maîtrise d'outils informatiques (Excel) Maîtrise des outils du Lean Manufacturing Aptitude à la communication orale et écrite Autonomie et esprit d’initiative Capacité d'analyse, d'organisation et de rigueur Facilité à travailler au sein de groupes pluridisciplinaires.
