Aviation Labor Relations Manager | Union Stewardship & Compliance

McGee Air Services

McGee Air Services is looking for a Labor Relations Manager to oversee labor management relations and maintain compliance with collective bargaining agreements. You will act as the liaison with union representatives and help manage grievances and negotiate labor contracts. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of experience in labor relations within aviation or ground handling.
