A company is looking for a Trainer, GTM Enablement. Key Responsibilities Lead live onboarding sessions, covering product deep-dives and GTM fundamentals Own the live training experience for new revenue team cohorts, ensuring relevance and engagement Facilitate product sessions and run certifications to assess new hires' skills and readiness Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Enablement, Onboarding, Program Management, or a similar role in a SaaS environment Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Highly organized and self-directed with a knack for structuring ambiguous situations Experience with AI tools and a willingness to learn new technologies Proven ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally across teams
