Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and maintain patient safety under supervision.

• Administer medications and document administration accurately.

• Monitor patient conditions and escalate changes promptly.

• Maintain detailed patient records and ensure data quality.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve care goals.

• Meet performance targets and contribute to pipeline-based goals.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.

• Assist with routine procedures and clinical tasks as delegated.

• Identify opportunities for professional growth and pursue learning.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the relevant state.

• Administer medications accurately and document administration per policy.

• Provide bedside nursing care with patient safety as priority under supervision.

• Meet performance targets and contribute to pipeline-based goals.

• Adhere to regulatory, organizational policies, and compliance standards.

• Monitor patient conditions and escalate changes promptly to team.
