Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting and secure therapeutic alliance with patients to facilitate open communication and understanding.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to discern the most effective treatment strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and couple therapy sessions, manipulating therapeutic techniques to address the specific needs of each session.

• Monitor client progress on an ongoing basis, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance client outcomes and experience.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and, when needed, refer clients to specialized services for comprehensive support.
