Relevant Experience (in Yrs) - 6– 8 years

Technical/Functional Skills - Consulting experience of Pharma Manufacturing IT applications rationalization for a manufacturer having global manufacturing set-up. Full lifecycle implementation experience of the level 3 manufacturing WERUM PASx 3.1.8 MES: System Administration, MBR design, Basic Recipe, MES Weigh and Dispense, eBR, MES Scheduler, MES Equipment Management, MES Ticket Management, MES Upgrades. Exposure to Level 1, Level2 applications at the shop floor. Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards & practical use of these standards in application design, Knowledge of Pharma manufacturing. Regulatory requirements knowledge for Pharmaceutical as per 21 CFR Part 11. Good to have: Experience on Pharma MES like Rockwell FTPS or PMX, Simatic IT XFP MES, Aspentech Manufacturing Suite (AMS), CamStar, Emerson Syncade or Integration knowledge with L2 and L4 levels of automations.

Roles & Responsibilities - Role – MES Technical Lead

Responsibility - Client engagement, Application architecture assessment, Define & recommend target applications architecture. Experience in Designing & Executing MES project from feed stage till deployment in validation environment (up to PQ) Developing Functional Specification (FS) & Design Specifications (DS) for MES application including Recipe Procedures, Unit Procedures, Operations, and Unit Classes, Phase classes and Equipment modules for Pharmaceutical Process. Designing, Developing and Configuring Recipes, Basic Phases etc Configuration of Master data like Equipment, Material etc

Generic Managerial Skills - Project Management, Time Management, People Management

Education - Bachelor or comparable degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT)
