Salesforce Technical Lead – MSIM Marketing Location
Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Employment Type: Contract US Citizens, GC visa holders preferred, NO third-party corp to corp accepted for this job
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and solution delivery in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Workflows, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and system integration.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Background in technical pre-sales, solution design, and client presentations.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding development teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (required).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the financial services/investment management domain.
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related marketing technologies.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Architect-level).
