Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients who are recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic health conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments, utilizing various therapeutic methods such as exercises, manual therapy, and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment.
• Implement treatment regimens designed to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance the overall quality of life of patients.
• Track and document patient responses to treatment, ensuring accurate and thorough records are maintained for each individual.
• Regularly re-evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and therapeutic goals in collaboration with each patient to meet evolving needs.
• Provide education and training for patients, family members, and caregivers on assistive devices and strategies to support rehabilitation efforts.
• Stay current with industry best practices by engaging in continuing education and networking opportunities, participating actively in professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy is essential for practice.

Compensation and Benefits
