Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' goals and needs to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to administer treatments focused on improving patients' motion, mobility, and overall function.
• Educate and motivate patients on their rehabilitation journey, providing personal guidance to promote adherence to their care plans.
• Implement fitness and wellness programs that enhance patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals to share insights and enhance patient care.
• Document patient interactions and progress accurately in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily serve patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. This may include individuals post-surgery, those rehabilitating from sports injuries, and patients addressing chronic pain or mobility restrictions. Your patient-focused approach will ensure that each individual receives care that meets their specific recovery goals and lifestyle needs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• At least two years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, specifically in treating musculoskeletal conditions.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and direct patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, along with performance-based bonuses. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
