Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Raze Orthopedics, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to identify specific objectives and treatment plans.
• Managing a patient caseload of one patient per hour to ensure personalized attention and care.
• Administering evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programs, to enhance patient mobility and quality of life.
• Developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Encouraging patients to adopt healthier lifestyles through improved strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and integrated care approaches.
• Documenting patient progress accurately and effectively utilizing EMR software such as WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions against their license.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
