Our team comprises experienced healthcare professionals, including two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, working collaboratively to provide evidence-based treatments tailored to individual needs. Our state-of-the-art 5,000 square foot facility is designed to support a sports medicine focus, equipped with the latest technology and rehabilitation equipment.

Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our outpatient facility in Howell, NJ, with a structured schedule of Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Our practice promotes a supportive and collaborative atmosphere where teamwork and mutual growth are emphasized. You will be responsible for managing a caseload that averages one patient per hour, allowing for in-depth care and personalized attention to each individual's recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' physical therapy needs and develop tailored care plans.
• Administer effective treatments utilizing diverse techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on assessments and responses to care.
• Engage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation to enhance their active participation and commitment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, making necessary modifications in a timely manner.
• Educate patients on wellness and preventive care to minimize the risk of future injuries.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) software, such as WebPT, for documentation and scheduling efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Raze Orthopedics, you'll work primarily with an orthopedic patient population, which includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will be essential in helping patients regain mobility and strength, equipping them with the tools they need for successful long-term rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Must hold a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Clean professional record with no disciplinary actions taken against your license.
• Strong skills in manual therapy and experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Proficient in developing and executing individualized exercise regimens.
• Competence in using EMR software, specifically WebPT or similar platforms.

Preferred Experience

While we value a variety of professional backgrounds, candidates with prior experience in orthopedic outpatient environments will be given preference. Demonstrated success in implementing evidence-based treatment plans will be considered a significant asset as we strive for excellence in patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

Raze Orthopedics offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:
