We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art facility that spans 5000 square feet and is designed to support advanced sports medicine practices. Our dedicated team, which includes two seasoned physical therapists and a skilled physical therapy assistant, thrives on providing exceptional care to our patients primarily covered by private medical insurance. Our practice emphasizes a patient-centered approach, aiming to facilitate meaningful recovery and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand the unique goals and needs of each patient.
• Manage an individualized caseload, treating one patient per hour to ensure focused and effective care.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans aimed at improving each patient's strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on their conditions and alternative management strategies to reduce reliance on medications and surgical interventions.
• Motivate and encourage patients to adhere to their treatment plans and pursue healthy lifestyle changes.
• Document all patient interactions and progress comprehensively to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly and make adjustments to care plans as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, including post-operative care, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
• Holds an active and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Demonstrated knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation practices and principles.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate patients.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems, such as EMR Software.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic clinical setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy and exercise protocol development.
• Knowledge and experience with rehabilitation technology and tools.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
