Work Environment

This position is onsite, meaning you will work directly at our healthcare facility, engaging daily with patients and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals. Operating hours are typically Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility required to accommodate the diverse needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the physical therapy needs of patients and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, stretches, and modalities, ensuring that patient comfort and safety are prioritized during all sessions.
• Educate patients on exercises and activities to be performed at home, enhancing their overall recovery experience and promoting self-management strategies.
• Administer various treatment modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound while closely monitoring each patient's response to therapy.
• Document patient progress meticulously, keeping track of key performance indicators such as range of motion and functional improvements to adjust treatment plans dynamically when necessary.
• Prepare therapy areas and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and availability of all necessary tools for enhancing patient care.
• Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other healthcare providers to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Provide compassionate support and encouragement to patients, motivating them throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Adhere to all ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality while respecting their rights and privacy throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
